During the end of the semester buyback, you can receive up to half of the book's current new price if:
- The University Store has received an order for the title from an instructor for the next semester.
- The University Store does not have sufficient quantities of the book.
We will also be offering wholesale pricing for books that do not meet the above criteria.
The University Store contracts with a national wholesale book company to purchase titles not needed at our store.
The wholesale price for a book is based on the national resale value, which
is anywhere between 0-30% of the book's new price. If we reach our desired quantity on a book, it will revert to the wholesale price.
-
Old editions often have no value.
-
We cannot buy international editions
-
If we do not have an order for a book, we are not able to purchase it for the University Store
-
Books may be refused if they are not in re-sellable condition.
