Faculty Regalia Rentals

Faculty rental regalia ordering has closed.
It is too late to get orders shipped to arrive in time for commencement.

RETURNS

Rentals must be returned to the University Store by Thursday, May 18 at 5pm. The supplied Oracle string will be charged replacement costs for items not returned.

BULK DELIVERY

If you are coordinating 10 or more rentals, the University Store can provide delivery to your on-campus department for orders placed by the March 30 deadline. Just email the list of names to [email protected] no later than April 15. Be sure to include your contact information and delivery details.

LATE ORDERS

From March 31 through April 20, late orders will be accepted with a $20 rush order and shipping charge.

UNIVERSITY STORE HOURS

The University Store will be open daily (including Saturday & Sunday) May 8 through May 19 from 10:00am to 5:00pm.

ADDITIONAL INFORMAITON

Orders placed on time (by March 30) will be available for pickup starting Monday, May 8.

If you want to pick up multiple orders, feel free to email [email protected] with a list. The orders will be pulled and waiting for you within 24 hours of your request.

Regalia comes folded in a plastic bag. We suggested that you remove the items from the bag and hang them up as soon as possible to help remove wrinkles. You may also steam regalia.
